Nagare Tano is a teenager with brown hair who lives in the town of Kashiwa. He is a normal boy who goes to school and hangs out with his friends. However, one day, he discovers that he has the power to control the weather. At first, he is scared of his power, but he eventually learns to use it to help people. He becomes a hero and saves the town from a terrible storm.
